The S-3B was temporarily located just outside Hangar Bay One to make room for a USCG ceremony being held inside. The numeral "1" after "Navy" on the fuselage is in recognition of this S-3 being the only USN a/c to have carried a sitting President of the U.S., that being George W. Bush.
