This Beaver spent a lot of time in South America after delivery on October 27, 1959 to Aerotaxi, which seems to have been a division of or flew for Avianca-Aerovias Nacionales de Colombia SA. Later in Venezuela, the aircraft was bought by Atlantic Aircraft Services for re-build in 1999. Registered C-FZXD in 2003, it was most recently sold to Amik Aviation in May 2021.
