Converted to GNB-57B instructional airframe in 1972 at Chanute AFB. When Chanute closed in the early 1990s this a/c did not go to the Octave Chanute Aviation Museum, but was instead transferred in 1994 to the Kalamazoo, Michigan Air Zoo where it is still on display.
