Pictured in the lovely Golden Hour at a remote airfield in New Mexico, 160500 leading a line of five T-34C trainers (including 162292, 160532, 160491 and 161819). Some 25 Turbo Mentors of TAW-4 "G"-coded, based at NAS Corpus Christi (TX), and TAW-5 "E"-coded based at NAS Whiting Field-North (FL), were enjoying a winter class course in New Mexico. This G-862 was retired from the Naval Air Training Command on 2 August 2010. Current status is unknown.
