This Grumman G-21 Turbo Goose aircraft was converted to P&WC PT6A-20 turboprops by McKinnon Enterprises of Sandy, OR for the Government of British Columbia. It was later operated by Airwest (alongside C-FAWH) and Air BC (Pattison Industries) in Vancouver before it was sold to Crown Forest Industries in June 1984. It was one of 23 aircraft that participated in the Expo 86 Bushplane Flypast on May 5, 1986. It's seen water taxing past the Expo 86 Aviation Plaza on False Creek in downtown Vancouver. As Pen Air's N660PA it crashed into the sea off Dutch Harbour, Alaska on August 11, 1996. This photo is copyright © Kenneth I. Swartz, and may not be used or published in any way without permission.
