In the 1980s many Merlin IVs and older Metros made their way to Canada to small package couriers. Built in 1973, this Merlin IV was registered to Montreal based Avionair in 1986. The aircraft was cancelled from the Canadian Civil Registry in October 2003 and presumed scrapped.
