On display during a stopover on its journey from the US to Normandy to take part in the 70th anniversary celebrations of D-Day and doing para jumps again, 7 decades later. The aircraft was the lead ship of the 37th Troop Carrier Squadron, dropping elements of the 82nd Airborne Division near St. Mere Eglise, France in the early hours of June 6th, 1944.
