Delivered new to Singapore Airlines as 9V-SQC 29th July 1974 and registered N749TA 16th Sep 1980 to Flying Tigers/Metro International. Re-registered N749FT 1st Apr 1982 and transferred to PanAm 6th March 1983, then re-registered N730PA June 1983. Converted to freighter May 1993 and became N202PH with Tower Air 1st June 1993, then N745SJ with Southern Air Transport 23rd Jan 1995 and N486EV with Evergreen 21st June 2001.
