This Beaver has come a long way since it's service in the US Air Force 1952 - circa 1966 as 51-16570. Air Nootka previously operated the aircraft 1982 - 88. It received some upgrades by Sealand Aviation that included an extended engine mount, Sealand Alaska door, jump seats, trim tabs, bubble windows, lifetime struts and finlets in 2013.
