This new CRJ900 was displayed at the Bombardier Aerospace Family Day held at the company's factory at Toronto's Downsview Airport in September 2007. A month later it was delivered from the CRJ factory at Mirabel Airport to Mesaba Airlines on October 3, 2007 as N909XJ.
