The Aeroplane Car Company was a Brisbane car yard that used VH-AEQ as a promotion marked as VH-QLD. The DC-3 has subsequently been stored at locations in rural Victoria and most recently southern New South Wales. The current owner is Jason Burgess. VH-AEQ was withdrawn from use in 1971.
