Built as 42-92066 for the USAAF. To the Ecuadorean Air Force as FAE92066/HC-AVC and operated by military airline TAME 1971-1974. Preserved at Guayaquil May 1982 to September 1985 and sold to Apel Express in Colombia in 1987 as HK-3349X. Operated by several companies in Colombia including SAEP, TAGUA, Alicol, Sadelca and finally Viarco. Withdrawn from use at Villavicencio for many years, in 2018 the aircraft was transported to Tiuma Theme Park 15k to the southwest of Villavicencio and placed on top of a tall steel tower.
