Built to a 1965 US Army order and allocated the serial 65-09763. Civilianised as N2220Y in April 1994. Sold to Australia in November 2002 and re-registered, appropriately, as VH-HUE on 5 December. At some stage this aircraft has undergone a rebuild and upgrade by Garlick Helicopters. Operates as 'Helitak 271' when on fire-fighting work.
