On the evening of 2 June 1988, a party of RN, RFA, Civilian and MoD(PE) personnel were landed by Sea Kings from A386 RFA 'Fort Austin' on Rockall to maintain British Sovereignty over the island. Here the two aircraft, XZ581 from MoD(PE) and ZA136 from 'A' Flight of 824 NAS, do a fly-past of the ship after returning the personnel. The aircraft were on board to engage in Joint Sonic Acceptance Trials for the Mk.6 Sea King.
