Operated by Transair from new in 1957 until the airline merged with BUA in 1960. The livery worn here was a post-merger experimental one which was not adopted. In November 1962 it was sold to LOT as SP-LVA and suffered an in-flight structural break-up while en route Lille (LFQQ) to Warsaw (EPWR) on 20 August 1965.
