Built as 42-92071. Sold to KLM, allocated PJ-ALZ but not taken up and registered as PH-TCM in May 1946. Became PJ-ALP in 1947 and sold to ARCA Colombia in April 1954. With Aliansa by 1992 and crashed 18th March 1999 on a flight from Cucuta-Camilo Daza Airport (CUC/SKCC) to El Yopal Airport (EYP/SKYP) killing all 8 passengers and crew.
