Last one of the reg cannot be read but, based on aircraft name, this is almost certainly ex 42-92873, leased to Pioneer Air Lines from 1946 until 1952, then returned to military service as a C-117C. Albuquerque Municipal Airport opened in 1939 with a retro Pueblo style terminal designed by Ernest Blumenthal.
