Originally built during the war by DHA at Bankstown as A17-357, this aircraft was civilianised in 1956 as VH-AZF and initially owned by the Royal Queensland Aero Club. Today it is restored in a pre-war period colour scheme and based at Kyneton, Vic. It was the deserving winner of the Best Biplane award at the Antique Aeroplane Association of Australia's Annual Fly-in at Swan Hill.
