Built to an RAF order and allocated the serial EX423, also USAAF serial 41-33396 for administrative purposes. Shipped directly to New Zealand in Feb '43 and became NZ1024. Sold 1 May '78 to Joe Drage for his museum at Wodonga, arriving Oct. Moved to new premises at Wangaratta Jan '85. Acquired from the Airworld collection '90 by Doug Hamilton for restoration at Albury and registered VH-XNZ 27 Feb '91.
