Later registered as F-BSTM. Converted for Turbomeca by Miles Aviation from a Turbo Commander 680T (ex G-AWXK, N6300) as a test bed for the Astafan jet engine. It first flew on 8 April 1971, and has been preserved at Perpignon since 1991. (A second Turbo Commander, F-BXAS, was also converted to Astafan power by Miles Aviation, and operated by Turbomeca.)
