With freight doors wide open to accommodate the fuel tanks about to be loaded into its fuselage, parked at the base of its operators, Woods Air Service, whose titles it would soon carry. Built in 1944 for the USAAF as 42-93524. Following service in Mexico as XB-BIS, joined Woods Air Fuel Inc of Palmer, Alaska in late 1989 as N50CM. This photo is copyright © David A.
