Following its deployment to Alconbury (UK) with the 1st TRS, this RF-4C was transferred to the 91st TRS at Bergstrom AFB (TX). It was retired and placed into storage at AMARC with inventory code FP0735 from 20 August 1991 up to 6 December 2012. The recce Phantom became a QRF-4C with the 82nd ATRS as AF413.
