Arriving in Canada in 1973 with Associated Helicopters, this Bell was registered to Vancouver Island Helicopters January 21,1985. While fire fighting on contract in Washington State during September 1988, the helicopter refueled at remote helipad near Ential, WA but did not arrive at the work site.
