The Luton Minor has its origins in the 1930s and was one of the foundations of the homebuilt movement in post-War Britain. This one was built in NSW between 1965-95 and is currently based at Locksley, Vic, from where it regularly flies all over the Australian eastern seaboard. It's powered by a VW and has an endurance of about 5 hours (range 300 NM). This photo is copyright © Phil Vabre, and may not be used or published in any way without permission.
