Built by Canadair and delivered to the USAF as 63-13643 in 1965. Delivered under MAP to Spain as C.8-12, initially with Esc161 and later Esc104 and Esc122. Withdrawn in May 1972 and transferred to Greece in June 1972 as FG-643/33643. Withdrawn and stored at Agrinion AB from 1993 until 2017 when transported back to its former home at Torrejon for preservation in markings as worn when with Esc104.
