This aircraft made its first flight on 27 March 1990 carrying the SAAB flight test reg SE-F82. It was initially delivered to Crossair as HB-AKF before going to Moldavian Airlines as ER-SGB in October 2000. It was registered VH-ZLX to REX on 10 July 2006.
