In use with the Royal Navy's School of Aircraft Handling, where it was later given the number A2628, 8627M having been allocated initially. It still carried the markings acquired at the College of Air Warfare at RAF Manby, when it was one of The Macaws aerobatic team. The cockpit section has been preserved at Stranraer since 2010.
