Westjet leased this 737 from GE Capital Aviation Service (GECAS) that was delivered from Boeing on June 14, 2002. Winglets were added on 2004. The aircraft was withdrawn from service on July 17, 2020 and stored as airline traffic dropped during the Covid 19 pandemic . It was returned to service by the end of 2021.
