Metro Life Flight is the CAMTS certified (Commission on Accreditation of Medical Transport Systems) air ambulance arm of Cleveland's MetroHealth system serving Northeast Ohio state. Three Eurocopter EC-145's were delivered beginning in 2009 replacing Sikorsky S-76s operated previously. This aircraft was delivered in December 2009.
