This original WWII veteran served with 435 & 436 Squadrons in India from 1944-46 being used to transport supplies and troops to the British Army in Burma. Subsequently, it served in various squadrons in Canada until its retirement in 1989. It is now on display at the National Air Force Museum of Canada in this Canucks Unlimited scheme to commemorate its Burmese WWII history. This photo is copyright © Alastair T.
