Delivered to the French Navy in 1952 under the Military Defense Assistance Program (MDAP). Operational from 1952 through 1964, then used as a ground instructional airframe 1964 through 1973. Shipped back to the U.S. in 1974, registered as N1337A, and first flight after restoration in August 1976. Based in Duxford, England from 1982 through 1993, then brought back to the U.S. It is currently on display at the Tillamook Air Museum in Oregon.
