Canadair delivered this Starfighter to the RCAF October 20, 1962. Early years saw the fighter based in Baden, Germany. It was transferred to Cold Lake in 1974 for AETE (Aerospace Engineering Test Establishment ). Later an instructional airframe, 104792 was placed on display at Camp Borden in 2006.
