A former Royal Canadian Air Force machine, 9420. Seen here at Sliver Falls Airfield, Manitoba, for some maintenance work. Bought by Ookpik Aviation in 2012 and by 2013 had been given a major avionics upgrade and a Texas Turbine conversion. Ookpik Aviation is based in the hamlet of Baker Lake, Nunavut, and the aircraft is equipped to fly from Arctic tundra and to operate in the area's difficult climatic conditions.
