August 10, 2005. Approximately three minutes after take-off from Tallin Linnahall heliport (EECL) to Helsinki Hernesaari Heliport (EFHE), while climbing at 1380 ft above sea level, due failure impacting to flying control system, pilot lost control of helicopter.
