EHS LifeFlight flies two Sikorsky S-76C+ (C-FLFN and C-FLFT) providing critical care to the people of Nova Scotia. The helicopters are operated by Canadian Helicopters from the EHS hangar at CYHZ Halifax Airport and frequent visitors to the Queen Elizabeth II Health Sciences Centre rooftop helipad in downtown Halifax. This photo was taken from the top of Citadel Hill, just east of the hospital. C-FLFN was previously registered N766P and N594S and flown by PHI for the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio between 2006 and 2016. It was imported to Canada and entered service on December 15, 2017

August 10, 2005. Approximately three minutes after take-off from Tallin Linnahall heliport (EECL) to Helsinki Hernesaari Heliport (EFHE), while climbing at 1380 ft above sea level, due failure impacting to flying control system, pilot lost control of helicopter. The impact with the sea in Tallinn Bay, the helicopter sank to a depth of 45 m. No survivors.

Copterline operated with two S76 between Helsinki Hernesaari heliport (EFHE) and Tallin Linnahall Heliport (EECL) from spring 2000. Operations included daily flights between cities, taking around 18 minutes one way. Before October 2005, flights had 1300-1500 passengers every week. Flights were stopped in 2006 due to low passenger loads after loss of OH-HCI in a fatal accident in October 2005. A couple of attempts have been made to restart services, like 2008, but they have turned out to be rather short-lived due to passengers numbers too low to keep service economically viable. This 2002 Sikorsky S-76C+ air ambulance was photographed outside the AAR facility at KPOU in May 2016. It was registered to the Arkansas Children's Hospital in Little Rock, AR between Nov. 2002 and June 2016 when it was purchased by Sikorsky. Four months after this photograph was taken the aircraft was sold to the Monroe County Sheriffs Office, Key West, Florida and re-registered N911RR on September 30, 2016.

Miami Children's Hospital's sole helicopter, operated by PHI Air Medical, departs the parking lot behind the East Concourse of the Orange County Convention Center, Orlando, Florida following HAI Heli-Expo 2007. The hospital has a rooftop helipad. In 2015, the hospital was renamed the Nicklaus Children's Hospital after a generous pledge from golf icon Jack Nicklaus and his wife Barbara and their foundation.

Ex 5N-BMD. Became LN-ONZ in December 2015 and operated by Helilease. Its current identity is not known, although a source on the internet mentioned it may be N-registered now.

10-Aug-2005 crashed into the Baltic Sea shortly after takeoff from Tallinn. The 2 crewmembers and 12 passengers onboard were fatally injured.

Helijet has been adding newer S-76Cs from the second hand market. Former N784P was bought in May 2018 from PHI - Petroleum Helicopters International. It replaced an earlier S-76A (cn 760099 ) with the same registration.

With B-MHF, c/n 760474. Carrying Grand Lisboa hotel titles and logo on the rear cabins, not visible here. The Grand Lisboa is a Vegas style, 260m (860ft) tall hotel and casino in Macau. These helos became C-GOEP and C-GOEJ respectively.
