Damaged on 4 November 1969 in a practice engine-off landing at Predannack, and written off on the following day when it toppled off the recovery lorry. The wreck was moved to Fleetlands by road on 27 November 1969, and disposed of on 6 August 1970 as scrap at Fleetlands.
