Ex Peruvian AF FAP 119 and FAP 5-- (actual serial not known), USAF/USAAF 45-49192. Damaged on 8 February 1980 in a crash on take-off due to engine failure, on delivery from Del Rio, Texas to Tulsa, Oklahoma. The damaged fuselage was delivered to Duxford by November 1985 for eventual rebuild (incorporating various parts of other P-47s) to static display condition for the IWM, and displayed painted as 226413 'Oregons Britannia' in the American Air Museum.
