Delivered to the USAAF as C-54B 44-9008 then transferred to the US Navy as R5D-2Z 90392 in 1944. Redesignated as a VC-54P in 1962. Stored at Davis-Monthan AFB with park code 3C034 in 1967. Sold as N67040 in 1975. To Central Air Service in 1976 and converted to a firebomber. Stored at Marana Regional-Avra Valley from 1994. To Maricopa Aircraft in 2000.
