Delivered to the USAAF as 41-18376 in 1942. Sold onto the civil register as N22421 in 1945 and exported to Avianca in Colombia in 1947 as C-122. Re-registered HK-122 in 1955 and later flew with El Venado and Aeronorte before joining Selva in 1980. Sold to Lineas Aereas El Dorado in 1995, with Aliansa by 1999 and finally Sadelca. Sold by them in 2011 and registered HK-122G, having survived 56 years operating in Colombia, she is believed to have been destroyed in Honduras in July 2011 at the end of a drug running flight.
