This was the fourth Tornado prototype, initially marked as D-9592, and made its first flight on 2 September 1975. It was lost in May 1980 in an airshow practice with both crew perishing. Slide taken by Mr. Kurt Thomsen. This photo was added on 22 October 2022, and has since been viewed 309 times. |
