Delivered to the Indonesian Air Force as T-702 in 1970. Reserialled as AF-0702 by 1995. To Deraya Air Taxi as PK-DSF in 1997. Withdrawn from use at Halim by 2006. Sold for parts in 2007, to Skydive Arizona as N12LH and stored at Eloy, AZ then to Pink Aviation in 2012 and restored to flying condition as OE-FDV by 2021.
