Former 3 Iztrebitelna Aviacionna Basa (3.IAB) MiG-21 stored at it homebase Graf Ignartievo. At the time of the picture, it was still decided by the Bulgarian Air Force if some of their MiG-21s was restored to actieve status again, to protect the airspace as they lacked fighter aircraft.
