This Ka-26 was originally delivered to the Moldovan directorate of Aeroflot as CCCP-19494 in May 1974. It went on to fly with Air Moldova (as YR-19494) and Agroavia (ER-19494) before joining Heros Air 2000 as LZ-VAC sometime before May 2003. It is known to have visited LBGI for maintenance in May 2007 and may, or may not, have later been registered UR-19494. In any event the the hulk is now stored at LGBI. Ka-26 behind is LZ-VAA.
