The air ambulance was late arrival as HEMS3 (VH-YXF) from Bendigo to pick up a patient for transport to the Alfred Hospital. This 2015 helicopter had the 'trade plate' registration I-EASM, then I-PTFS (which it may never have actually worn) before coming to Australia and being registered VH-YXF(1) on 18 February 2015.
