Delivered to United Airlines as N7227U in May 1962. Leased to Inair of Panama in 1973 and re-registered as N62215 in 1974. Subsequently flown by various operators, ending up with Air Tanzania in late 1979, Withdrawn from use the following year she spent ten years sitting at KRO before eventually being scrapped.
