Ordered as 66-8355 and sent to NASA; one of eventually 32 T-38s used for astronaut training, travel and chase plane duties. Photographed here away from home with a travel pod. Astronauts visited Spar Aerospace in Toronto to develop and train on the Shuttle program robotic Remote Manipulator System (RMS), better know as the Canadarm.
