About to takeoff on runway 10R. Leased from Monarch Airlines. Delivered to TWA on lease as N791TW in 1961. To Northwest Orient as N730US in 1962 then to Monarch Airlines as G-AZFB in 1971. To Jet 24 as N2464C then to Boeing in 1983. Used for parts in the KC-135E program at Davis-Monthan AFB. Remains to National Aircraft in 1990 and scrapped.
