Delivered to Pan Am as N794PA in 1964. To Iran Air as N794EP in 1975 then Uganda Airlines as N794RN in 1977. To Scimitar Airlines as G-BFZF in 1978. Stored at Lasham in 1981 after Scimitar went bankrupt. To Tradewinds as G-BNGH in 1986 then to Air Hong Kong in 1991 and Kabo Air Cargo as 5N-MAS in 1992. Damaged beyond repair at Istres Le Tube in 1992 doing an emergency landing after the two starboard engines came off in flight in bad weather.
