Delivered to the Polish Air Force as 102 in 1966. To LOT as SP-LSI in 1975. Converted to an IL-18Gr freighter in 1989. To Balkan as LZ-BEH in 1991. Sold as LZ-ZAH in 1999 then to Phoenix as EX-75905 in 2000. Withdrawn from use at Djibouti by 2011. Remains scrapped in 2018.
