This Harrier was w/o when a compressor blade detached on take-off and caused the engine to explode. After a forced emergency landing the pilot ejected through the flames. The aircraft was extensively damaged but has been rebuilt to display standard by the excellent Boscombe Down Aviation Collection at Old Sarum. This photo is copyright © Alastair T.
